Yes. A customer account is required to complete the online Life Plan application process and access your Life Plan and payment information.
How do I create a LifeHonour account?
Select Register on the website and complete the required registration information. You will need to verify your email using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
What is an OTP?
An OTP, or One-Time Password, is a temporary verification code sent to your email to confirm your identity during registration and other account-related processes.
How long is my registration OTP valid?
Your registration OTP is valid for 10 minutes.
How many times can I attempt to enter an OTP?
The registration OTP allows a maximum of five verification attempts.
What should I do if I did not receive my registration OTP?
Check your Inbox and Spam or Junk folders. Make sure the email address you entered is correct, then use the available resend OTP option.
Can I resend my registration OTP?
Yes. The registration page provides a resend OTP option when another verification code is needed.
What happens after I successfully verify my OTP?
Your email verification is completed, allowing you to continue using your LifeHonour customer account.

Can I pay for my Life Plan online?
Yes. LifeHonour supports online payments through PayMongo.
What happens when I choose online payment?
You are redirected to the PayMongo payment checkout where you complete the available payment process. After successful payment, the payment information is recorded in your LifeHonour account.
How do I know whether my payment was successful?
After a successful transaction, your payment status is updated in the LifeHonour system. You can also review your payment activity from your customer account.
